The second ex-adviser British Broadcasting Corporation consultant interviewed by the panel, Caroline Daniel, remarks she takes the British Broadcasting Corporation with great importance and that it maintains a "continuous process and vigorous discourse" across dynamic and complex topics.
"Did the BBC prepared to engage in a thorough discussion and argument and take action?" she questions. "As I see it, affirmative, they were."
